Partners in Progress

Thank you to all the employers who participated in the Fridley Job Fair in April. It is wonderful to see Fridley employers continuing a tradition of success here and also find adequate staff to continue that success.

  • 70% of the employers said they filled the position they were hiring for.
  • Almost 95% of the employers even if they did not fill their position, found the job fair successful.
  • 90% of the employers that attended this year said they would attend again next year.
  • Because of the help from the Anoka County MN Workforce Center and their advertisements through DEED, we had Job Seekers attend from all over the metro area.
  • The City of Fridley had over 30 resumes they took in for different positions.
