Jeet Kune Do Fusion


This class combines the best tactics of Hapkido along with the core principles of Jeet Kune Do (the art developed by Bruce Lee) to create an exciting self-defense program for adults.

Beginning T'ai Chi Chih


T'ai Chi Chih is not a Martial Art, but instead soft, simple movements that naturally circulate and balance the intrinsic energy. Benefits include mindfulness, joy, increased energy, improvement of balance, decreased anxiety and much more.
