Pumpkin Recycling at Springbrook: Nov 1-6

Turn your rotting pumpkins into a rich compost! Instead of tossing your carved pumpkins into the trash, bring them to Springbrook Nature Center. This free collection helps eliminate all that extra waste and puts those pumpkins to good use!

Pumpkins can be dropped off for free between November 1-6 at Springbrook Nature Center: 100 85th Avenue. There will be a collection bin in the parking lot. These collected pumpkins will be transformed into a rich additive for soil that is used in gardening and on construction sites to reduce erosion.
