Fridley Community Service Officers and Patrol Officers respond to complaints or concerns involving animals. Dial 9-1-1 to speak with an officer about a problem.

Found pets are impounded at Brighton Veterinary Clinic, 2615 Mississippi St. NE, New Brighton, 651-636-1063. To report a lost pet, please call the Fridley Police during business hours at 763-572-3629. If you live near the border of the city, you may want to call neighboring police departments as well.

It is a violation of Fridley City Ordinance for dogs and cats to roam at large, and owners can be cited.

Live Traps: The Fridley Police Department no longer loans out live traps to citizens, however private companies can supply this type of service.
