Water Meter Reading Entry

Instead of mailing in your reading card, you can report your water meter reading to the City of Fridley via this form. After your meter reading card is received, read your meter, fill out this form, and click the 'Send Meter Reading' button. After you submit your reading, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provide. If we have questions about your reading, we will attempt to contact you using the information you enter below.

If you experience problems with this form, you may email your reading directly to the City of Fridley at: WaterMeter@ci.fridley.mn.us. Please be sure to include the following information: Your name, account number or address, telephone number, meter reading (including the permanent zero at the end), and the date the meter was read. To ensure that your message gets through the city's spam filters, please include the words "meter reading" in the subject line.
