Who manages the Environmental Quality and Energy Commission?

According to City Charter, the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council, appoints the members of the Commission to a three year term. The Commission is composed of seven residents who volunteer their time. The members attend a regular monthly meeting on the second Tuesday of odd-numbered months, as well as other meetings when needed.
