Senior Program Print E-mail

The Senior Program offers older adults in Fridley a place to take a class, meet people, have lunch, learn a new skill -- or just have fun.

We are a group of adults, age 55 and over, who meet in the Fridley Community Center (6085- 7th Street View Map) where services and activities are provided during the day to enhance physical and mental well-being, independence, and encourage involvement in the community. Our activities offer great opportunities for meeting old friends and making new ones.

We have health clinics, instruction classes, clubs, special events, wellness classes, support groups, social services, trips and more. Our facility is completely handicapped accessible.
