The Utility Billing section of the city resides within the Finance Department.  You can contact the Utility Billing area directly if you need information about your city utility bill or your water meter reading form.

Direct Payment

Automatic payment of city utility bills is now available. Your utility bills will automatically be paid from your checking or savings account. You do not need to write checks--payments will be automatically deducted on approximately the third Wednesday of the month the bills are due.

To sign up for direct payment, print a copy of the  Direct Payment Authorization Form (pdf), complete and sign it, and return it with a voided check to the City of Fridley (6431 University Avenue N.E., Fridley, MN 55432). For more information, please call (763) 572-3529.

2012 Storm Water Rate

The storm water drainage rate for all customers is $13.62 per quarter per REF-acre. This equates to $4.54 per quarter per residential lot.

2012 Recycling Rate

The fee for recycling is $7.17 per quarter for residential dwellings.
