Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing of the Fridley City Council at the Fridley Civic Campus, 7071 University Avenue N.E. on Monday, June 22, 2020, at 7:00 p.m.
For the purpose of:
Consideration of a public hearing notice for a resolution declaring the property at 5821 Hackmann Avenue a public nuisance, due to excavation soil stabilization issues that would affect the storm sewer, as well as general property conditions, the legal description is on file and available at Fridley Civic Campus.
Any and all persons desiring to be heard shall be given an opportunity at the above stated time and place. Any questions related to this item may be referred to Scott Hickok, Community Development Director at 763-572-3590.
