All City of Fridley facilities to close to the public November 21

All City of Fridley facilities to close to the public November 21, 2020 at 12:00 a.m. until at least December 18, 2020; essential city services will continue.

On March 23, 2020, the City Council of the City of Fridley (City) declared a peacetime emergency regarding the COVID–19 Pandemic by approving Fridley City Ordinance 1380.

Beginning November 20, 2020 and continuing through at least December 18, 2020, all City facilities will close to the public. This includes the Civic Campus and the Springbrook Nature Center. Both Fridley Liquor stores will be open during normal business hours.

A limited number of staff will continue to work in most facilities in a reduced capacity to provide essential city services. You are encouraged to connect with City staff through the City website, by phone and by email. If you have business that is time-sensitive and must be conducted in person, call 763-571-3450 to schedule an appointment. City staff will do their best to accommodate your request.

The City has been working with local, county, and state partners to help protect the health and wellness of both the community and employees during the rapidly changing COVID–19 outbreak.
