Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Fridley will a public hearing on January 20, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via telephone or other electronic means.

Applicant: | Calichi Design Group. Petitioner or representative must attend the Planning Commission meeting and City Council meeting. |
Purpose: | To reduce the front yard parking setback for the property located at 5400 Central Avenue. The variance is being requested to allow the construction of a new Bank of America building. |
