City of Fridley Planning Commission Notice of Public Hearing to Consider a Variance for 2C Development

 

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Fridley will a public hearing on January 20, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via telephone or other electronic means.

 

to:

All property owners/residents within 350 feet of the property generally located at 775 53rd Avenue.

Case Number:

Variance 21-02

Applicant:

2C Development. Petitioner or representative must attend the Planning Commission meeting and City Council meeting.

Purpose:

To request two variances. First, to reduce the front yard parking setback and second, to reduce the front yard setback for a building on the vacant lot located at 775 53rd Avenue. These variances are being requested to allow the construction of a new retail building for a Dollar Tree.

Location of property: 

775 53rd Avenue. The legal description is on file and available at the Fridley Civic Campus.

Date and time of hearing:

Wednesday, January 20, 2021, 7:00 p.m.

The Planning Commission Meetings are televised live the night

of the meeting on Channel 17.
