Notice of Public Hearing to Consider a Special Use Permit by Corval Constructors, Inc.
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing on April 21, 2021 at 7:00 pm via telephone or other electronic means.
Consideration of a Special Use Permit, SP #21-03, by Corval Constructors, Inc., to increase the allowable lot coverage requirement from 40% to 50% to allow the construction of an addition to the building at 7989 Main Street N.E., the legal description is on file and available at Fridley City Hall.
The City Council will consider this item on May 10, 2021.
Pursuant to Mayoral Declaration No. 20-01 and Ordinance No. 1380, the April 21, 2021 Planning Commission meeting will be held via Zoom meeting.
