Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing on December 21, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Fridley City Hall, 7071 University Avenue N.E.
The public hearing will consider a Plat, (PS #22-00000-03) by Roers Companies, to replat the property at 6257 University Avenue NE to redevelop the property for a multi-family housing project, the legal description is on file and available at Fridley City Hall.
