Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing of the Fridley City Council at the Fridley Municipal Center, 6431 University Avenue N.E. on Monday, December 28, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of:
Consideration of an Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 206 of the City Code. The purpose of this amendment is to adopt all current iterations of the Minnesota State Building Code by reference and to allow the City to perpetually adopt future iterations of that Code as changes are made and adopted by the State.
