Fridley Police have identified and formally charged Seth Allan Millner with Possession of a firearm by an ineligible person. Mr. Millner is the suspect responsible for discharging a firearm inside the Fridley Target store on Sunday, December 13, 2015.
Millner was identified by a citizen who saw the story on a local news channel and called to report the information to the Fridley Police Department. During the investigation, police learned on December 14th Inver Grove Heights PD recovered the get-away vehicle severely damaged and abandoned in a wooded area of their city. On December 17th, Millner was arrested by St. Paul Police for driving a stolen automobile, possession of narcotics, possession of a firearm by an ineligible person, and possession of a stolen handgun. Millner was interviewed by Fridley Police detectives and admitted to being responsible for the handgun discharge at Target. Mr. Millner remains in custody at the Ramsey County jail. Upon completion of his charges in Ramsey County, he will be transferred to Anoka County to answer for these new charges.
