NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City Council (the “Council”) of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 25, 2016, at 7:00 o’clock p.m., to be held at the Fridley City Hall, 6431 University Avenue N.E., Fridley, Minnesota, relating to the approval and adoption of a proposed Modified Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 1 (the “Project Area”) to reflect enlargement of the Project Area, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 to 469.047, inclusive. Copies of the documentation relating to the above proposed action will be on file and available for public inspection in the City Clerk’s office and on the City of Fridley web site once the agenda is posted.
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or in writing.
