The City of Fridley is seeking requests for proposals for architectural services (RFP) for a civic complex to include City Hall, Police Station, Fire Station, Public Works Facility and a parking structure.
The civic complex will be a central feature in a larger project currently referred to as the Columbia Arena Redevelopment.
