Fridley Land LLC, the owner of 4800 East River Road (now called Northern Stacks) is in the process of redeveloping the property into 1.6 million square feet of new industrial buildings, in 4 phases. The first of many buildings has now been constructed.
Fridley Land LLC, the owner of 4800 East River Road (now called Northern Stacks) is in the process of redeveloping the property into 1.6 million square feet of new industrial buildings, in 4 phases. The first of many buildings has now been constructed and portions of it are being retrofitted for tenants. This building is 213,000 sq ft in size and is an industrial warehouse complex. The second building will begin very soon and is approximately 135,000 sq ft.
BAE Systems Inc. will remain on-site and will occupy about 561,000 sq ft on the north end of the existing building. The portion of the building that will remain will be updated with a more modern exterior and new state of art features. Demolition of the remainder of the building has already started.
