Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, Burglary & Motor Vehicle Theft
On the night of December 30, 2016, Fridley Police Officers responded to a report of a robbery. Please see details and if you have any information on this incident, call 9-1-1.

Date: 12/30/2016

Place: 6000 Block of University Avenue NE

Time: Approximately 11:30 pm

While existing their vehicle, victims were approached by two armed suspects who demanded the victims hand over their belongings. Suspects then directed victims to enter their car. Suspects drove the victims to a different location where the victims were dropped off unharmed. The suspects left in the victim's vehicle. Upon returning home, victims discovered their home had been burglarized.

Suspects described as black males. One with short hair and one with dreadlocks.

No arrests have been made at this time. Fridley Police are actively investigating these crimes.
